The LKMT-E3 X yoke features an integrated wireless design of the X yoke and lithium battery.

Battery AC is available without an external power supply.

A spare battery power supply can be quickly replaced for continuous testing.  

Each lithium battery power supply is equipped with an OLED display screen and operation buttons, which can display the remaining battery power and voltage, and set DC or AC testing mode, alternate or continuous working mode, and UV or white light mode.

It can identify the no-load status and automatically adjust the current to prevent being overloaded or damaged.

To guarantee a constant magnetic field and testing sensitivity, the yoke automatically power off when the lifting force decrease due to low battery.

A vest for keep yoke and accessaries is provided to free hands in different conditions.

Three kinds of pole feet supplied for different types of surface:

(1) Magnetic pole for flat surface weld, each pole foot is equipped 4 wheels with no resistance, which can be easily disassembled and replaced.

(2) Magnetic pole for pipeline (diameter ≥80mm) testing, each foot has a rotatable joint, which can adjust the angle of the magnetic pole with different pipe diameters to make the magnetic pole fit the curve of the pipe and ensure the inspection effective. Each pole foot is equipped 4 wheels with no resistance, which can be easily disassembled and replaced.

(3) Magnetic pole for fillet welds with angles ranging from 60° to 130°, each foot has a rotatable joint, which can adjust the angle of the magnetic pole to fit the fillet weld at different angles and ensure the inspection effective. Each pole foot is equipped 4 wheels with no resistance, which can be easily disassembled and replaced.
